• How does the service work?

  Choose your items from our list of accepted brands, submit your request online or visit our DAFC store, and drop-off your items. We’ll handle the rest – from authentication to pricing. Once approved, if your item qualifies for Instant Reward, you’ll receive your DAFC Credit upon the transaction documents are completed. For consignment items, once your item sells, you’ll be notified and can choose your preferred payout: DAFC Credit with 20% value added, or cash via bank transfer.

• Which items can I resell?

  We accept shoes, bags, and accessories in brand-new, excellent, or very good condition. To ensure a smooth resale process, please make sure your items are freshly cleaned and free from stains, damage, or significant alterations. We welcome pieces from your broader wardrobe, as long as they belong to our pre-approved brand list and meet our quality standards.

• What is the Instant Reward option?

  On all bags and shoes, you may qualify for an Instant Reward – this means you can receive DAFC Credit right away, even before your item sells. 

  When you submit your item, we’ll send you a pricing proposal showing both the Instant Reward value and the Consignment payout, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

• What are my payout options?

  For bags and shoes, you may qualify for an Instant Reward in form of DAFC Credit. If eligible, you’ll receive this reward upfront—before your item sells— once it passes our authenticity check and the transaction documents are completed.

  For consignment items, once your item sells, you can choose how you’d like to receive your payout: either as DAFC Credit, with an added 20% bonus on top of your payout amount, or bank transfer – sent directly to your account.

  You’ll be able to select your preferred option when you receive your pricing proposal.

• How do you set the price of each item?

  We use an algorithm that considers real-time market demand, trends, and the condition of your item to determine the best possible resale value.

  Before anything goes live, you’ll receive a pricing proposal showing what you could earn.
  This amount is your final payout that you will receive in your pocket – net of all fees, shipping, and duties already taken care of.

• What is your commission fee? 

  Reflaunt’s and DAFC's commission is a flat 12% each. Before we list your item, we show you the net payout you’ll receive – no hidden fees, ever. 

  To determine the listing price shown across our resale network, we add shipping, a reduced marketplace fee negotiated by Reflaunt, operational costs, and our commission on top of your payout. This full amount is paid by the buyer, not deducted from your earnings.

  Our model is designed to help top-selling items sell quickly. For others, we may occasionally adjust the payout to make the price more competitive and increase the chances of finding a buyer.

• What happens if my items are not approved for resale?

  If your item is not approved for resale, we will inform you via email. You can reach out to our Concierge team to request a return. Request a return via preloved@dafc.com.vn, or call us at
